Sacred Valley Tour – 8 Hours

After breakfast in your hotel, we will pick you up for a full-day tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. This lush valley sits between towering terraced mountains, is dotted with quaint towns, and has endless amounts of green. The tour is best on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays because the markets are busier, but it can run any day of the week. Our first stop will be in the colonial village of Pisac where you will have free time to explore the small town and witness the daily life of traditional Andean natives. This village also has the best handicraft market in the area, where locals from all around the valley come to sell their gorgeous crafts – this is definitely the best stop for souvenier shopping. Following Pisac, we will continue on the town of Urubamba, where you will enjoy a buffet lunch deliciously created with locally grown organic produce. Following lunch, we will continue to the ancient Inca town of Ollantaytambo where we will visit the set of impressive ruins built into the mountainside watching over the small town. In the late afternoon we will return to Cusco and drop you off at your hotel.
